Walsin Lihwa produces stainless steel quarto plates in Baoji City, Shaanxi Province, and the annual capacity is approx. 60,000 tons. With its materials primarily supplied by Walsin Lihwa¡¦s Yanshui stainless steel plant in Taiwan, the Baoji plant features the advanced thermosetting furnace, cooling bed, shot blasting machine, straightener, plasma cutter, and machines for pickled and binding wires. These products can be customized to customer needs to provide desirable sizes and specifications, and finishing service is also available.

Walsin Lihwa produces quarto plates of stainless steel and double phase steel in Xian. These acid-, corrosion, and high temperature-resistant products meet GB/4237 - 2007 and ASTM-A240/A480 requirements and can be used to produce 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 321, and 2205 medium thickness plates of 6 mm - 70 mm thickness, 6,000 mm - 12,000 length, and 1,500 mm - 2,500 mm width. They are widely used in aerospace, automobile, construction materials, food, medical appliances, nuclear power, petrochemical, and shipbuilding industries as well as heat exchangers and pressure containers.
